Easy Setup and Sturdy Construction:

The 2-in-1 Activity Table is an ideal way to keep your children’s Legos or train sets organized and neatly stored. The tables ships in a flat box and is simple to construct. The only tool you need that’s not included is a flat-head screwdriver. The included one-page instruction manual completely covers the construction of the table.

The table base is constructed of four durable, Formica-like sections that fit together easily with the included bolts. Once constructed, the table measures 25 x 23 x 17 (L x W x H) inches, and is designed to allow several children to play around it at once. 

Double-Sided Top Design Compatible with Legos:

The table includes a double-sided top that easily drops in place. One side is a Lego-compatible building plat, allowing children to snap their Legos in place as they construct their sets. Awesome little table. We don’t use the train side- my son already has a train set and we gave the little set that came with it to my niece.

We’ve had this since Christmas 2014. I ordered it for my four year old from Wal Mart because everywhere else was sold out (including Amazon!). I actually wound up painting and distressing it. I also modified it to make it more functional by adding magnetic knife bars and magnetic bins. My son plays with this table everyday. It’s well worth the money we spent on it. The only complaint I have is that the Legos won’t connect to the plates where the colors meet. Other than that, the Legos stick perfectly and come off easily. The storage space on the inside is perfect for keeping all of his little instruction booklets, but it’s roomy enough to keep pieces in, even if you wanted to use little containers to keep them organized. I included my collage of the table and how I modified it.

Also, I ordered little wooden chairs to go with this and the table isn’t really tall enough for this to work. A kid’s knees won’t fit under the table, so if they sit in the chair at the table, they’re a little too far away to comfortably play. However, I haven’t had any complaints from my son or his friends about kneeling or standing while building!

My kids absolutely love this table although they use the Lego side more than the map side. My daughter uses the map side more for drawing or putting together lego sets when she wants to sit on the floor. The table isn’t big enough to fit chairs underneath it, but the kids never mind sitting on the floor indian style, or even on their knees, when using the table.

It was easy to put together and has survived a year now. I have strong belief that it will last many more years to come. My kids are pretty tough on things and this has survived! It’s still as the strong as the day I put it together. It holds a boat load of Legos, or I can see that it could hold a bunch of trains and tracks as well if used as a train table more than legos. I highly recommend this table!!
